Sderot is a town in the Land of Israel that is being bombarded by Kassam rockets from Arabs in Gaza.
It has been suggested that the residents of Sderot defend themselves against the rocket attacks. If someone comes to attack you, you should attack them first.
When under imminent attack, how could the residents attack the rocket launchers?
They could construct rockets themselves out of readily available material such as steel tubes and fertilizer. However, these homemade Kassams are inaccurate, as well as dangerous to build. They are not precision munitions.
Precison weaponry uses technology to pinpoint the terrorists and their equipment.
What is needed is the highest quality equipment that uses:
All this equipment is readily available through the Internet.
The simplest equipment is hobby rockets and remote control (R/C) airplanes.

More sophisticated equipment:

Of course, counter-measures to these items, such as wideband radio frequency
jammers would impede their use, but counter-measures to the counter-measures are
also available.

The following is excerpted from an article from ABC regarding constructing
dirty bombs

ARTICLE BEGIN
There are a number of materials terrorists can acquire to construct a "dirty bomb." These materials may be stolen, purchased on the black market or purchased legally. Such materials are commercially available within the medical and agricultural industries, in oil drilling equipment and even in very small amounts in household smoke detectors.
Cesium-137, Cobalt-60, and Americium-241 are considered to be the most likely materials for use in a dirty bomb due to their availability and their relative ease of handling. While uranium and plutonium are much stronger and more lethal agents, they are also the significantly more difficult to acquire and control.
Cesium-137
Cesium-137 is a talc-like metallic powder found in cancer treatment radiation machines. It is dangerous even in small amounts and according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Cesium-137 has a half-life of 33 years. For more information on Cesium-137 and its properties and effects, go here: U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
Cobalt-60
A solid metal that is commercially produced for use in medical radiation therapy, food irradiation and linear accelerators. Its half-life is approximately five years, according to the U.S. Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry. The cobalt used in food irradiation takes the form of small, radioactive "pencils." They are shipped in special hardened steel canisters that have been designed and tested to survive crashes without breaking. For more information on Cobalt-60 and its properties and effects go here: U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
Americium-241
This is a man-made radioactive agent that is used in oil drilling and surveying equipment and in very small amounts in household smoke detectors. It has a half-life of 432 years, according to the U.S. Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry.ARTICLE END
The police and army of the current government in the Land
of Israel seem unwilling to make a real effort to stop the bombing of Sderot. On
the other hand, they seem intent on the disarming of Jews, while at the same
time arming, financing and training Arab terrorists, and releasing
captured Arab terrroists.
To defend against rocket attacks, items
available through the Internet can be used without previous experience; a
user who has experience, such as someone who received training in the
military, could train others quickly to use the equipment.
